Changing your eating habits can be overwhelming and take time to adjust. We now have two people on a timed eating schedule, but shopping for fresh foods is so much easier! I go to Sam’s and hit two sections — and I’m done! FRESH, REAL food, and some coconut water for my shakes!

The weather is finally warming up in Iowa - which means I took my workout outside to SWEAT!
Post workout meal: plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder, and a splash of coconut milk. Topped with granola!
After my first 80 days, I began to crave my workouts, my meal prepping, my shakes and my routine! I feel better than I ever have, and I have so much more energy!

My body has done amazing things. I cherish every moment it has taken me through because it brought me to where I am today. I gained 35lbs with pregnancy #1, 60lbs with #2, and 47lbs with #3. It goes to show that it doesn’t matter where you’ve been but where you are right now. You can change, you can choose to take this journey, and I can help!
